Telephone and Email legal advice - unlimited access - during the Plan period to the named person/company related to your business.

Confidential advice provided by senior qualified staff.

 Telephone advice followed up by email.

Important Note: Excludes Criminal, Tax and Financial advice. 

Telephone Legal advice as set out above is included, but Premium package also includes Family Law advice related to the business provided by Family Law experts Gordon & Barry.

Debt recovery ackage (as set out below) is included.

Access to a suite of:

• Standard contracts for employees.

• Independent contractors engagement contracts.

• Employment policies.

• Standard terms and conditions.

Fixed fee offerings for legal work such as:

• Privacy Policy rewrite in accordance with 2017 changes.

• Face to face Risk management advice meeting at your business.

• Review of your terms of trade/invoices/statement.

Simple Mutual wills or Powers of Attorney for business principals and their spouses.

The first $1,000 of legal costs (not disbursements) in any business related matter litigated OR  un-litigated is free.  A simple standard pro-forma retainer must be signed and returned to Vardanega Roberts before substantive legal work can be commenced.

Any business related litigation charged at Insurance rates (The hourly rates are those charged to insurer clients, which are lower than most firms charge).

Debt Recovery Package Inclusions:

• The first $1,500 of legal costs (not disbursements) in any debt recovery matter is free.  A simple standard pro-forma retainer must be signed and return to Vardanega Roberts before any substantive legal work is commenced with respect to the instruction for debt recovery. 

• There are two types of debt recovery work provided; un-litigated and litigated. 

• The un-litigated stage involves a letter of demand and any negotiation snd no retainer is required.

• Litigated relates to any work required beyond that of a demand.

• A retainer agreement with Vardanega Roberts must be signed before carrying out litigated work. The retainer includes a provision that Vardanega Roberts require disbursements to paid up-front in order for any work to be conducted.  The disbursements required to be paid up-front include filing fee, and if personal service of the document is required, a service fee.
