**We are excited to announce Imalia's newest product offering, My Personal Director's Cover (Passport D&O), designed to protect you in your professional life as a Director or an Officer on the board of a company.**

My Personal Director's Cover (Passport D&O) is a secondary policy to the corporate [Directors’ and Officers’](https://www.imalia.com.au/insurance/my-company-directors-and-officers-cover/how-it-works) policies purchased by organisations. It provides an added layer of protection for each board position you currently hold or have held in the past, on any private or unlisted public company or not-for-profit organisation. 

My Personal Director's Cover (Passport D&O) is activated when the insurer of a company (where you hold a board position) refuses to pay or is unable to pay under the company’s Directors‘ & Officers‘ or Management Liability Policy, or the company refuses or is financially unable to indemnify you.
