[Pia Engstrom](https://au.linkedin.com/in/piaengstrom) has more than 25 years in Human Resources in a wide range of industries across the globe. Pia takes a national lead in The HR Dept as Franchise Development Manager and HR professional lead for the network as well as being a business owner herself as owner of The HR Dept Western Suburbs Perth.

Pia believes passionately in women supporting other women and the need for businesses to be more open to flexible and supportive ways of working. As a working mother of two she understands only too well the challenges of balancing work and family life and is dedicated to helping women business owners to achieve that for themselves but ensuring that their businesses work for them.
